The EPSILON ADW-E-0114ST is specially designed for the accurate weighing and packing of stick-shaped products such as pretzel sticks, vegetable sticks, sausage snack sticks, dog chew sticks, and more.
Its uniquely designed hardware features narrow tubular feed, weigh, and collection buckets that naturally align products during the weighing process. This prevents jamming, reduces product damage, and ensures a smooth product flow.
An advanced orientation device further aligning the weighed products horizontal or vertical before they enter the packaging, resulting in neatly packed products and improved packaging efficiency.

ADW-O-0132M
The OMEGA ADW-O-0132M combines advanced engineering with intelligent design. Built for high-speed applications, this machine ensures optimal performance even in demanding production environments.
This machine use the “Memory Fall Through” technology which allows to combine the weight and memory bucket in one combination. This result in a higher combination accuracy and a verry precise product transfer drop.
Typical applications include:
– High-speed duplex operation requiring maximum throughput. (Duplex VFFS)
– Up to 6–8 product mixtures, such as trail mixes, snack assortments, and confectionery blends
To accommodate different product types, the weigher allows custom combinations of surface finishes and textures, enabling the system to be tailored to specific production requirements.

ADW-E-1015S – Yamato’s new EPSILON weigher
The new EPSILON ADW-E-1015S is designed for precise weighing of salad and IQF products, with dimensions comparable to the SIGMA or EPSILON 10 liters 14-head.
Compared to the larger 16-head, the new 15-head EPSILON is easier to install into existing production lines without major changes to platforms or product infeed systems. This makes upgrades fast, efficient, and cost-effective.
What truly sets the ADW-E-1015S apart is its 15 weighing heads — a unique and innovative configuration in this machine class. By adding an extra weighing bucket compared to the ADW-E-1014S, the system significantly expands the number of possible weighing combinations. The result is higher weighing accuracy, higher speeds at bigger volumes, the permanent availability of 14 weighing heads (even as one head is calibrated), smoother operation, and reduced product giveaway.

CSI22LW-2PX + TSD-N314WL
Meet the Checkweigher + Semi-Automatic Multihead Weigher combination— the smart solution for precise, waste-free tray filling.
Each tray is first weighed on the hygienic CSI22LW to determine the exact amount of product already present. The TSD-N314WL then completes the target weight, bringing the tray to its target weight quickly and accurately.
This check first, top-up next approach ensures consistent accuracy, minimal product waste, and full compliance with industry standards. Whether you’re filling delicate products or a mix of products, this combination delivers rapid, precise portioning with minimal staff.
The system is ideal for snacks, confectionery, frozen foods, fresh produce, and other tray-packed products.

CSI06F
Mainly targeting very high speeds @ low pcs weights, where compliance for weight accuracy is key to quality control and product safety, the CSI06F achieves measuring accuracy to two decimal places with Electro Magnetic Force Restoration (EMFR).
With EMFR technology, the measuring load returns perfectly to zero via a coil, with no metal deformation or hysteresis. The outcome is higher accuracy, exceptional reliability, and the kind of precision trusted even in analytical balances.
Designed for maximum flexibility, the system features a highly compact and adaptable design that integrates seamlessly into most production lines. A comprehensive range of infeed and weighing conveyor sizes as well as a wide variety of reject devices allows the system to be precisely tailored to specific products and applications.
The CSI06F features antibacterial resin conveyor belts, its hygienic design making it suitable for demanding production environments.

GFW N1104CC
The Gravimetric Flex Weigher combines two proven technologies: the highly accurate Fixed-Weight-Weighing technology known from Automatic Scales applications and the efficient Cut-Gate feeder system from our Industrial Scale technology. This powerful combination ensures reliable performance and precise dosing.
The GFW-N-1104CC features four precision cut gates that control the product flow to ensure more consistent and accurate dosing into each of the four weigh buckets. This significantly improves the overall weighing accuracy.
The entire weighing system is enclosed in a protective housing, which helps minimize dust creation and supports a cleaner production environment.
The GFW delivers high accuracy of ±0.1 % at speeds of up to 60 weighments per minute, with target weights up to 5 kg. It is ideally suited for naturally free-flowing products such as grain, rice, pet food, and resin pellets.
