Make your packaging line more efficient
To increase your production efficiency, a multihead weigher can be equipped with a multiple outlets. A multiple outlets means that several packages can be filled simultaneously. A wide range of packaging types can be filled, e.g. pre-made trays and cups, thermoformed packs, bags and pouches, cartons and boxes, tea bags etc.. The Yamato multihead weighers can be equipped with up to 6 discharge points.

How does multipoint discharge work?
- The multihead weigher is split into groups.
- Each group discharges the product independently. This occurs via the multiple discharge points.
- The weights of the individual groups can vary from one another.
No compensation takes place between the different group weights. - Each group requires its own discharge signal.
- Should one group not be ready or have not received a signal, the other groups are able to discharge their product nonetheless.
- The discharge is synchronized with the packaging machine.

- Simultaneously: all discharge points open synchronously
- Individually: the discharge points can be called upon individually
- Shift: the groups discharge the product in alternation
