This consistent delivery performance is the result of our sophisticated warehouse management. With the necessary foresight, our experienced team manages to walk the fine line between a customer-oriented and at the same time economically sensible approach.
Our spare parts are supplied from our central warehouse, which is located in Willich, in the immediate vicinity of Düsseldorf. Every day, countless shipments are sent off to our customers on their way through Europe and North Africa. All success factors – manpower, logistics and infrastructure – are perfectly coordinated. Our well-adjusted team has maintained a family-like relationship with many customers for years.
Make sure you have a minimum stock of spare parts in your warehouse. Although our parts inventories are still well stocked, even we cannot exclude supply shortages at some point.
Check your spare parts stock
At this point, however, we would like to draw your attention to another aspect of spare parts supply. The dynamic market in raw materials as well as the changes in legislation put even our limits to the test. Machines that are 10 years or older are especially affected here. The life expectancy of Yamato scales averages about 25 years, provided that all spare parts can still be procured. We can certainly guarantee the availability of these spare parts for some time to come, as we still have sufficient stock for the time being. Nevertheless, shortages for certain circuit boards may occur. We therefore strongly recommend that you check your spare parts inventory as well as the condition of your machines and stock up on specific spare parts where necessary.

- An onsite visit by one of our technicians. This is obviously the safest method, where a quick and professional inspection of the machine can be performed. Our service technician is equipped with a mobile stock, enabling him to replace some spare parts immediately. He will also provide you with a concrete list of recommended spare parts.
