The OMEGA ADW-O-0132M is our multihead weigher for high-speed applications. The special feature of this weigher is the number of buckets. Equipped with 32 weighing buckets and another 32 memory buckets this multihead has a total of 64 combination possibilities and is therefore even faster and more precise than a standard multihead weigher.
Like all multihead weighers of the OMEGA premium series, this machine can be individually adapted to your requirements. Various surface structures are available, which are ideal for a wide range of customer products. The weigher can be equipped with 6 collecting buckets. The product can also be transferred to the packaging machine via multiple outlets.
The OMEGA ADW-O-0132M multihead weigher can be used for product mixtures as well as for monoproducts.

Mixing function
The OMEGA ADW-O-0132M multihead weigher can produce up to 8-fold product mixtures. You have the possibility to design the composition of these mixtures individually and flexibly.
Interpack 2023
We exhibited this OMEGA ADW-O-0-0132M multihead weigher at this year’s Interpack in Düsseldorf. The demonstration at the stand aroused great interest among our visitors. A high-speed application for sticky products (wine gums) was shown.
