From April 11 – 12, 2018, Yamato Scale was represented at the Empack exhibition in Zürich in hall 4 booth J31 at the booth of our partner Ultramatic AG.
At the most important event of the Swiss packaging industry, our visitors had the opportunity to discover the benefits of Yamato’s semi automatic multihead weighers.
At their booth, Ultramatic AG featured the newest make of the semi automatic series: the TSDW-206W, designed with 14 weighing heads and attaining speeds of up to 35 weighments per minute.
Our partner Ultramatic AG was happy to show all the details of how this semi automatic multihead weigher can process delicate products even quicker without any sacrifice in terms of accuracy.

What was on display
The perfect weighing solution for „difficult“ products, which need to be packaged at fixed weights for the supermarkets shelves. The machines in this series are unique to the market and fill the need for processing between manual and automatic packaging. We ensure you Return on Investment within the shortest time.

The main computer calculates the desired combination in a fraction of a second and activates the conveyor belt in the relevant actuator units. The targeted product amount is forwarded ready for packing. The weigher has access to 14 actuators, which makes it faster and more accurate.
