All filters incorporated in your multihead weigher must be replaced on a regular basis. Depending on the machine’s degree of utilization, we recommend an exchange twice a year.

With time, the air filter gets clogged with dirt and dust, diminishing the amount of air that can permeate.
Filter to exchange in intervals
Depending on the model of your machine, your multihead weigher contains the following filters that have to be exchanged at regular intervals:
[ 1 ] Fan set for RCU
Fans for the remote control units RCU-810 and RCU-810-A. These are responsible for cooling the integrated electronic parts.
Spare Parts number
- SA59647A0009 for RCU-810 and RCU-810-A
- SA5300BG0072 for RCU-810-A
The RCU-810-A requires both fans.
[ 2 ] Dust filter set
Dust filter in the main body of the weigher. The axial fan including the dust filter protects the multihead weigher’s electronic components, such as the printed circuit boards, the weigh/actuator units, etc. This filter prevents condensation which could cause a short circuit and irreparable subsequent damage.

- SA45927A0001 for part 1
- SA45417A0003 for part 2
To make things easier, the entire set consisting of the axial fan, the grid cover, and the dust filter
comes pre-assembled. The required fixing screws are also included.
[ 3 ] Air regulator
Air regulator to cool the interior of the multihead weigher. This also filters out dust particles and moisture, thereby considerably prolonging the longevity of the highly sensitive electronic components.
Spare Parts number:
- GB04602G0026 for all Yamato OMEGA multihead weighers
- PA10820900019 for all Yamato ALPHA Advance multihead weighers
Here too, you will receive a pre-assembled set, saving you valuable time during the exchange of the air filter.
