Protection for your multihead scale control unit
Yamato Scale offers a stainless-steel complete housing component for the control unit of the multihead weighers in the SIGMA series. The housing ensures a high degree of safety and a longer life expectancy for the most sensitive component of your machine. This stainless-steel housing component enables the multihead weighers to be used in demanding production conditions, giving you quality, protection and hygiene!
With very little effort you can upgrade the multihead weighers that are already in use in your production.
Choose between these two options:
Option 1:
Replacement of the plastic housing component with a stainless-steel complete housing component. This can either be done at your site or at our Service Center in Willich. The stainless-steel complete housing component is suitable for the model RCU-810A (previously with plastic housing component).
Option 2:
Replacement of the entire control unit. In this case, you will receive a new control unit that already has a stainless-steel complete housing component. This would be a full upgrade of your multihead weigher as this unit comprises the latest technology. The control units of the models RCU-600, RCU-800, RCU-810 as well as RCU-810-A (previously with plastic housing component) will be replaced by the latest RCU-810-A. Control unit RCU-810-A incl. stainless-steel complete housing component
Suitable for all multihead weighers of the SIGMA series, equipped with RCU-600, RCU-800, RCU-810-A (previously with plastic housing component)

The set consists of:
- Control unit RCU-810-A in a stainless-steel complete housing component
- Fastening element (stainless-steel bracket)
- Integrated printer
- Optical fiber cable (standard length 8 m)
- Power cable (standard length 8 m)
- Flexible connecting tube (standard length 3 m)
- Spare parts manual (adapted according to upgrade)
For your convenience, we also offer the appropriate level of service for each option, i.e. replacement of the housing component and/or replacement of the entire control unit. This service also includes the initial configuration of your new control unit. Our experienced technicians will ensure that your weighers are promptly put back into operation.
Important note: Yamato Scale does not accept liability for damages caused by the replacement of stainless-steel complete housing components not carried out by our technicians!
